RCA COVID Statement
To Our Patients and Community
Together we are facing challenging times, and we know that navigating the complexities resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic can feel overwhelming. Our top priority is providing you with safe, effective, and efficient care. We are committed to supporting your physical and emotional wellbeing, and thus have expanded our processes and patient resources to help make your care experience as safe and comfortable as possible.
You are a valued member of the RCA family, and we will get through this pandemic together. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email COVID19@recoveryconsultantsatl.org
From all of us at RCA, be well, stay safe, and thank you for the privilege of caring for you.
Continuing Your Care
We recognize that many of you have experienced schedule changes as we adapt to care for all of our patients. We apologize for this inconvenience. It is critical that you continue medical care as recommended by your provider.
If you are tested for or diagnosed with COVID-19, contact us in advance of arriving at your clinic, so they can help you navigate the increased safety measures to mitigate the risk of infecting others.
Enhanced Infection Control Procedures
Increased Screening Procedures
In addition to pre-screening for COVID-19 symptoms before you arrive, all individuals are screened upon arrival at all sites with a questionnaire and temperature check.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Facemasks are mandatory for everyone inside of our clinics and employees are required to wear full personal protective equipment – gowns, gloves, shields and facemasks – while in close contact with patients.
Cleaning & Disinfection
High-touch areas in our clinics are repeatedly and thoroughly sanitized throughout each day, and work and clinical stations undergo rigorous routine cleaning after every single treatment
Limiting Interactions
All patients and employees are required to follow CDC guidelines for safe social distancing measures – remaining at least six feet apart from others – and visitors are restricted to only those essential for patient care.
Increased Virtual Support Offerings
-
Telehealth services for patients; please talk with your provider about your telehealth options
-
In-person, virtual or telephonic sessions with your Provider and Therapist/Counselor
Support for Our Care Teams
