Driving Directions
From 285 N take exit 38 for US-29 N, keep right at the fork, follow signs for US-29 N/GA-8 N for about 1 mile, turn left onto Northlake Parkway (RaceTrac on the left), turn right into Lakeside Centre (2nd driveway on the right) then turn right into the 2nd parking lot. If you get to Georgia's Own Credit Union you have gone too far. Drive to the back of the parking lot, Suite 510 is the next to the last suite on the left (name is on the sign).
From 285 S take exit 37 for GA -236 E, use the middle lane to keep left at the fork and follow signs for GA-236 E. Use the right lane to turn left onto GA-236 E/Lavista Rd. Turn right onto Northlake Parkway. Turn left onto Lakeside Centre. At the stop sign turn right, then make the 1st left into the parking lot. Drive to the back of the parking lot, Suite 510 is the next to the last suite on the left (name is on the sign).
After-Hours Medical Care
Your health and well-being are important to us. If you need medical advice or have an urgent health concern when our clinic is closed, healthcare professionals are available to assist you.

After-Hours Medical Assistance
If you need medical advice after our office has closed:
1. Call our main office number: 404-286-9252
2. Your call will automatically be transferred to our After-Hours Nurse Triage Service.
3. A licensed registered nurse will:
-
Assess your symptoms.
-
Provide home care instructions when appropriate.
-
Recommend that you contact your provider the next business day.
-
Advise you to visit an Urgent Care Center if appropriate.
-
Advise you to seek immediate emergency care or call 911 if your condition appears life-threatening.
-
Contact the on-call provider if additional medical guidance is needed.
When to Call 911
Do NOT wait to speak with the nurse if you or someone else is experiencing:

Chest pain
-
Difficulty breathing
-
Severe bleeding
-
Stroke symptoms (face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty)
-
Loss of consciousness
-
Severe allergic reaction
-
Thoughts of harming yourself or others
-
Any other life-threatening emergency
Call 911 immediately or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
Behavioral Health Crisis
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis:

• Call 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

• Call 911 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
-
• Go to the nearest Emergency Department if emergency psychiatric care is needed.
Prescription Refills
Routine prescription refill requests are processed during normal business hours.
Please contact the clinic at least 3–5 business days before your medication runs out.
Controlled substances are generally not refilled after hours, except at the discretion of the on-call provider in accordance with clinic policy.

Test Results
Routine laboratory and imaging results are reviewed during regular office hours.
If you have questions about test results, please contact the clinic during normal business hours.
***For existing patients, you can always send questions, request a refill, or request an appointment via your patient portal.***
Follow-Up After Your Call
Whenever you contact our After-Hours Nurse Triage Service:

Your call is documented.
-
Your healthcare provider receives a report of your interaction.
-
If additional follow-up is needed, clinic staff will contact you during the next business day.

Urgent concerns are reviewed promptly by the appropriate provider.
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring you have access to medical guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when our office is closed.
If your condition worsens while waiting for a return call, do not delay seeking emergency medical attention.
