About Recovery @ Work (RAW) RAW is a faith-based apprenticeship program operated as a joint effort between Peace Baptist Church and Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, Inc. The residents of David's Den, our joint transitional housing program for men recovering from drug and alcohol addiction, participate in an training program where they develop skills as painters and in pressure washing. Because the program is design to provide invaluable training, all jobs are offered at rates below market value and many are offered on a sliding scale fee, based on a client's ability to pay. Though the price for our jobs are less than most, our work is guaranteed to meet the standards of the profession and the satisfaction of our clients. It is the commitment of RAW to provide only the best work possible. Services We Provide
Your Support is ImportantThe nature of addiction often times creates a reality that makes seeking and gaining employment challenging. Recovery on the other hand creates opportunities to be diligent and creative. The RAW program was created to develop employment opportunities for young men eager to overcome their addiction to drugs and alcohol. Though finding employment for some has been challenging, creating job opportunities through the RAW program has been fun. Of all the jobs performed by RAW, not a single one of our clients has reported anything other than total satisfaction. If you would like to see this program succeed, please give us your support by allowing us to bid on your painting, pressure washing, and home repair needs. We are able to provide references where requested that verifies the quality of our work and the cost. For more information on our program, please contact any of the following staff: James "Jimi" Allen David L Whiters, LMSW, NCAC II Cassandra Collins, BSW, MIT
Thank you for your support!!! |
